Most people will likely fly to Victoria, normally with a stop-over in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto or Seattle?

You could also take a bus from the Vancouver airport, onto the ferry and into Victoria. This may be less expensive than flying from Vancouver but much more time consuming (the ferry takes 1 hour, 40 minutes) plus about another 2 hours on the bus and waiting for a ferry Ferry

Harbour Plane flights are available from downtown Vancouver and Seattle to downtown Victoria. These planes are very convienent if you are planning a stop-over in these cities but are inconvienent from the international airports- Click for listing of available services
